FAQ

What does PMS stand for?

PMS stands for Property Management System and is software to manage your hotel’s reservations, lets you manage rates and inventory and provides you with management information. We consider the PMS as the beating heart of your organization.

What does No Cure No Pay mean?

We at Hotels Online hold the principle that you pay for results, in our case, it means: using our PMS. We charge you on a monthly based on occupied rooms during that period. Because an occupied room means revenue and cashflow. This way we made the costs variable just like your business.
Did you have a low occupancy? Then your cost will be lower that month compared to costs after a high occupancy month, like in high seasons. And if you are closing your hotel for a few months we are not charging. That’s the true meaning of No Cure No Pay!

What does PMS stand for?

The costs of using LodgeGate PMS are dependent on various factors.
How many rooms does your hotel have, do you use allotments, do you require interfaces, and how many OTA’s need to be connected? This information is useful in determining the version that fits your needs best, we select out of Lite, Medium, or Full version with or without interfaces.
These costs are based on occupied rooms per night and invoiced monthly.

We do have initial costs to set up your LodgeGate PMS and train your managers and staff. We charge hourly fees according to our No Cure No Pay principle!
