The rate management module is specially designed to ease the life of the revenue/yield manager. First of all, you can create many different rate codes, defined either by room type or room number, and even fine tune them with specific rules, i.e. minimum stay, maximum stay. After this, you can categorize rate codes into yield classes. This entirely user definable module allows all rates to be published through various online distribution channels, CRS and corporate extranet applications. Real-time Online Bookings
LodgeGate PMS contains a module to publish your property’s availability on the Internet via the hotel’s and/or corporate website as well as through web-based reservation agencies. Rates and availability can be checked on a real-time basis and online reservations will immediately be entered into LodgeGate PMS, eliminating the risk of overbooking.
Cost Effective – No Cure No Pay! LodgeGate PMS is based on a ‘no cure no pay’ philosophy, you only pay a small fee per occupied room per night, which includes all license, support, upgrades and network server fees. Furthermore, no initial investment in soft-and hardware is needed. By using this pricing method, you are able to include these variable costs into you monthly P&L statement.
Reduced Cost of Ownership
As LodgeGate PMS is entirely web-based, it requires nothing more than a PC and an Internet connection. LodgeGate PMS is hosted on a secure remote server and the necessary technical support is provided by us at no extra costs.
Distribution Channel Management
LodgeGate PMS is equipped with a module to manage distribution channels. In this module, rate and room availability is automatically managed for the Internet booking agencies, such as Hotels Online, Bookings.com, Hotels.nl, Hoteliers.com, Expedia.com and EasytoBook.nl. Whenever a property works with a preferred distribution channel, which is not connected yet, we can facilitate the technical requirements to interface to LodgeGate™. Two types of interfaces are available; a 100% real-time two-way interface, as well as an interface, which can up- and download data on an interval basis.
 Conversion from Fidelio data (up to v.7.x)
It is possible to convert your Fidelio data into your LodgeGate PMS database, a time-saving and valuable procedure facilitating a smooth switch and from your previous hotel software to LodgeGate™.
