Real-time online bookings, directly in your reservation system
LodgeGate™ contains a module to publish your property’s availability on the internet via the hotel’s and/or corporate website as well as through web-based reservation agencies (like Hotels.nl and Booking.com). Rates and availability can be checked on a real-time basis and online reservations will immediately be entered into LodgeGate™, with minimum risk of overbooking. Cost effective - no cure no pay! LodgeGate™ is based on a ‘no cure no pay’ philosophy, you only pay a small fee per occupied room per night, which includes all license, support, upgrades and network server fees. Being a web-based application, LodgeGate™ is globally accessible, giving managers and owners the possibility to login and view their property’s current figures and results.
Comprehensive rate management The rate management module is specially designed to ease the life of the revenue/yield manager. First of all, you can create many different rate codes, defined either by room type or room number, and even fine tune them with specific rules, i.e. minimum stay, maximum stay. Next, you can categorize rate codes into yield classes. This entirely user definable module allows all rates to be published through various online distribution channels, CRS and corporate extranet applications. Distribution Channel Management
LodgeGate™ is equipped with a module to manage distribution channels. In this module, rate and room availability is automatically managed for the internet booking agencies, like Amsterdam Hotels Guide by Hotels Online, Bookings.com, Expedia.com, EasytoBook.com, FreeBookings.nl, Hoteliers.com, Hotels.com, Hotels.nl, LivingAmsterdam.com and Venere. And of course your own website. In the near future it will be possible to connect with various GDS channels.
 Conversion from Fidelio data (up to v.7.x) It is possible to convert your Fidelio data into your LodgeGate™ database, a time-saving and valuable procedure facilitating a smooth switch from your previous hotel software to LodgeGate™. Corporate module
LodgeGate™ offers a Corporate module which is fully automated. This module can be used for various target groups. F.e. for corporate clients or regular guests who can make online reservations at their special rates via your website, by using a special code. Or for clients whom you offered allotment to. Shortly it will be possible to use the corporate module for f.e. a special package which you offered via a magazine. Even then, bookers of this package can make online reservations by using a special code. Via the corporate button on your website, these online reservations are entered directly into your reservations system and you have all details of your guests. Banqueting module In close co-operation with our LodgeGate™ clients we are currently developing an additional module for your banqueting facilities. To support your sales and marketing activities, LodgeGate™ also includes a CRM functionality.
Reporting and Analysis
A constantly growing set of standard reports and the possibility to create your own customized report batch. Accounting LodgeGate™ reports can be used as a basis for accounting purposes. All reports can be exported in different formats to Word, Excel, HTML, CSV or XML. After modifying your data, if necessary, CSV files can be imported into accounting software such as AccountView or Exact. Interfacing

Our application server is hosted and managed in a secured environment enabling us to protect the integrity of your commercially valuable data through comprehensive backups and security procedures. If required, access to the software can be limited by a login schedule on user level, as well as IP address access. All data is encrypted automatically and can be coded by the user (hotel) using its own encryption key. Access tokens can be provided for an additional fee, should you require more extensive security.
