In this module, you will be able to view and print various management reports. This figure shows an example of a housekeeping rooming list.

This figure is part of the billing / checkout module. It shows the various options you are able to do when checking out a guest. For example, you are able to view and add charges, change the payment procedure, print out an interim folio and apply routing instructions.

In Channel Management, you will be able to connect various channels (such as online hotel booking agencies) to LodgeGate in order to automatically transfer online reservations on a real-time basis. This figure shows the setup of a new channel, where you can assign rate codes, credit cards and salutations.

This figure shows a guest profile. You will be able to fill in all necessary guest details, (i.e. address, rate code, preferences, etc.). Aside from individual guest profiles, you will also be able to create group/travel agency/company profiles.

This figure shows an example on how to set up a few yield classes. You will be able to organize your rate codes better by assigning them to a particular yield class. You will then only need to manage the yield class availability.
