Without any hotel experience but very enthousiastic, owners Leida van der Sluis en Leen van Popering started this 'floating' hotel. "We had no office nor internet yet, but we did already have our own hotel website with the bookings engine RezXS of Hotels Online. Which produced already several reservations for our hotel. These online reservations are processed directly into our hotel database by the Property Management System LodgeGate", says Leida.
 
"Although we did not have any hotel experience at all, working with LodgeGate is no problem at all. The system is very user friendly and logically organized and the personal explanation provided during the training was very pleasant. We are still amazed at the many applications this PMS offers us", says Leen.

Monique Sekeris, manager of The Bridge Hotel in Amsterdam, was very content with the manual processing of all her reservations on sheets of paper on the wall.
